            The Fnd_Msg_Info method will respond to these requests:

              language           The currently selected language code                          EN

            This routine can also be called using the Fnd_Gen_ComponentInfo method without first testing to see
            if the component is installed:
              $language_t:=Fnd_Gen_ComponentInfo ("Fnd_Msg";"language")
