Fnd_Dict_SetDate

            Fnd_Dict_SetDate (dict ID; key name; value)

              Parameter                 Type              Description
              dict ID                   Number            A dictionary ID
              key name                  Text              A key name
              value                     Date              The value to store

            This command adds the specified key and 4D date value to the dictionary.
            If the key already exists, the old value is replaced with this new value.
